Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure that merchandise is in its original packaging; for coffee beans, please ensure the bag is at least 75% full to be eligible for a quality-related return.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our roasting team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next favorite blend.
