How long will it take for my coffee to ship?

We roast our beans in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard ground, arriving within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can sign up for a Foxtail subscription on any product page. Choose your frequency and save 15% on every order. You can pause or cancel at any time through your account portal.

What is your return policy on roasted coffee?

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. Foxtail Coffee Co is committed to ethical sourcing. We work directly with farms and cooperatives that prioritize fair wages, sustainable farming practices, and environmental stewardship.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We move quickly to get your coffee roasted and shipped. If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Do you provide whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings (Drip, Espresso, or French Press) to suit your preferred brewing method.
